When transferring USDT on the TRON network:
If the recipient address has no existing USDT balance, the transaction requires 131,000 energy.
If the recipient address already holds a USDT balance, the transaction requires only 65,000 energy.

Important:
The recipient address must be activated before performing any transaction. An address can be activated by sending 1 TRX to it.
